Value-added service: not only collection of a damaged device but also its repair and replacement
We have managed, for a well-known Italian publishing group, all the activities of delivery, collection and repair of all electronic devices located in public places to provide information.
To manage this activity, a 250 m2 repair workshop was set up in our warehouses assigned with 2 of our electronic technicians who are experts in the field.
Our support involved stock broking companies, banks and stock exchange firms carrying out their daily business because, in the event a monitor in an airport hall stopped functioning, we would bring the new device to the site, collect the faulty one, and repair it at the workshop.
Our technicians, following a complete check-up of the device, proceeded with the repair, reconditioning and returning the product to stock.
The customer received real time updates about the activity carried out as an interface with their systems had been created.
The storage warehouse for the systems was dedicated and approximately 1,600 m2.
