    COOKIE POLICY

    1. What are cookies?
A cookie is a simple text file that is stored on the user’s computer or mobile device by the server of a website, and can be read or retrieved from the server itself. They serve a number of purposes including facilitating the use of the website, discovering how the site could be improved, keeping track of movements within the site, resuming navigation where it was interrupted, performing automatic authentication, remembering preferences set, storing the content of the ‘shopping carts’ in the case of online purchases.

If you wish to be notified when you receive cookies or do not wish to receive them, you must customise the configuration of your browser accordingly. Using your browser it is also possible to delete the cookies that were previously stored.

The Directive on Electronic Communications and the Provision of the Data Protection Authority of 8 May 2014, no. 229, on the subject of “Identification of the simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies”, provide that the use of cookies can be permitted only with the consent of the user.

    2. Type of cookies used
The cookies used on our site are as follows:

These cookies can then be distinguished on the basis of their persistence on the user’s terminal: those that are automatically deleted at the end of each navigation, are called “session cookies”. If, on the other hand, they have a longer life, they are known as permanent cookies.

    2.1.2 Analytic cookies

These are similar to technical cookies when used directly by the site manager to collect information, as a whole, on the number of users and how they visit the site.

These anonymous cookies collect information on how a website is used and allow the owner of a website to have a better knowledge of its users and improve the functioning of the website (for example: the pages visited, possible errors, the calculation of the users who are using the services in order to ensure the necessary capacity for a fast navigation).
