INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION EU 679/2016

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), DAP SIDES EUROLOGISTICA Srl, as data controller, hereby informs you that your personal data will be processed in full compliance with current applicable legislation, and for the purposes set out below.

    You consent to the processing of your personal data (name, surname, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address) provided by you at the time of registration to the reserved areas of our website, or by sending communications (email, telephone) to our contacts

    The processing of your personal data is for the purpose of:
  1. allowing you to complete the form on the website to send information requests relating to Dap Sides, what the company does, news and the types of services offered
  2. inviting you to corporate events to which DAP SIDES is pleased to be able to involve its contacts, and whose sole purpose is to maintain a business relationship
  3. sending you newsletters or informational and promotional material related to the services offered.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for these purposes is your explicit consent (articles 6.1.a), specifically for the purpose A) the consent is given by completing the contact request form, demonstrating the intention to be contacted. For purposes B) and C) you may express consent by ticking the box at the bottom of the data collection form.

The provision of your personal data and contact details is optional, however to allow us to process your contact request your consent to the processing of the data entered and provide the information marked with the asterisk symbol (*) is required.

By failing to provide the required data or consent, we will not be able to proceed with your request and be unable to contact you again.

On the contrary, failure to provide consent to receive informational material or invitations to our events means we will not allow us to be able to provide updates and involve you in our activities.

The processing of personal information concerning you will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Your data will be processed in electronic and paper form and your data will be collected and stored both in computer databases and in paper archives.

Processing will be carried out by personnel duly authorised by the Data Controller in compliance with, and in application of, appropriate security measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and completeness of the data processed, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR and in accordance with the instructions given by the Data Controller.

 

  1. Duration of the processing

The data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or, in any case, until the withdrawal of your consent; in each case the, criterion used to determine this period is based on compliance with the terms allowed by the applicable laws and the principles of minimisation of the processing, retention limits and the reasoned management of archives.

Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller and by persons authorised by them who need to process them in the performance of their duties as instructed in compliance with the principles of protecting personal data

Your personal data will not be disclosed, but may be communicated to all subjects authorised to access it in compliance with legal provisions.

The data may be processed by third parties who need it for the purposes described above, because of their business or duties, such as IT service providers or company website management, consultants and suppliers in the context of the provision of commercial, professional and technical services connected to the website functions. In this case, third parties may be identified among those who, through experience, ability and reliability provide a suitable guarantee of full compliance with the current provisions on the subject of treatment, including the security profile.

These subjects may be designated as external data processors and their updated list is available at any time by contacting the data controller.

In the event of any Data transfer to Third Countries, including countries that may not guarantee the same level of protection required by the applicable Privacy Policy, the Data Controller hereby informs you that the processing will take place in any case according to one of the methods allowed by the Regulation, such as for example your consent, the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission, the selection of subjects adhering to international programs for the free circulation of data, (e.g.: EU-USA Privacy Shield) or operating in countries considered safe by the European Commission.

 

  1. The exercise of rights

You may, at any time, exercise the rights recognised by articles 15-22 of Regulation EU 679/2016.

Specifically, you will be able to obtain from the aforementioned Data Controller who will make your personal data available to in an intelligible form; you may also obtain the erasure, transformation into anonymous form or object to data processed in violation of the law, updating, rectification or, if there is interest, integration of the data itself, or use the portability of these; may also object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

If you believe that your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or other competent body.
