Operational flows are continuously supervised and **every batch is fully traceable**, guaranteeing compliance and complete visibility throughout the entire process.

Packaging is a core part of our service: **we design product-specific packing solutions**, working closely with each client to define protective packaging that is consistent with their brand identity.

For wine, we use certified systems such as **Nakpack**, which offer high protection during transport and minimize the risk of breakage.

Orders, storage and handling follow **optimized procedures to reduce time, errors and waste**. We monitor expiry dates and stock rotation, manage seasonal peaks, and integrate with e-commerce platforms to support both B2B sales and direct-to-consumer channels.

## Will my goods be safe?

 

The safety of your goods is always guaranteed thanks to on-site security guards monitoring access 24/7, a radio-connected alarm system operating around the clock, a closed-circuit video surveillance system, and an always-active sprinkler-based fire protection system.

At Dap Sides, safety is a non-negotiable value that guides every logistics activity. All company warehouses fully comply with current fire prevention regulations and meet the highest safety standards.

Each facility is equipped with fire protection systems designed in accordance with regulations and has obtained the Fire Prevention Certificate (CPI), issued by the Fire Brigade. This certificate confirms that the buildings are suitable from a safety standpoint and that all active and passive fire protection measures are correctly installed and maintained.

Our warehouses feature smoke detection systems, automatic fire suppression systems, clearly marked emergency exits, strategically positioned extinguishers and hydrants, as well as safe, accessible evacuation routes.

Staff are continuously trained through dedicated safety courses and regularly take part in evacuation drills and emergency simulations to ensure prompt response and full awareness of safety protocols.

Dap Sides also adopts a preventive approach: every site undergoes regular inspections, maintenance, and technical upgrades to keep safety standards consistently high.
